Greetings in Jesus Mighty Name!
I am writing to you today because you have supported this vital ministry to India and have seen through our recorded accounts , the powerful work that is being done to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of Heaven. The revival taking place in Punjab India is historical. Never before have denominational lines been crossed and the Body of Christ unified. Never before has the glass ceiling of caste been broken in so many ways as the upper caste come to receive prayer and to give support. This revival is impacting the political class as well and is encouraging Christian political leaders.Our fresh water wells mean water independence for poor lower caste communities. Our literacy program sets them free through the ability to read and write. Our widows and their children have hope and improved health.
While all of this is good our Pastors labor under threats of violence and death, while they and their families suffer near starvation. They work amongst congregations unable to give to the church as they themselves are near starving. This is why I come to you. The ask is big but our God is bigger.
We would like to help 1000 of our Pastors with 1000 RS each. This would cost $12,000 USD.
