This past Thursday we had a wonderful meeting with the Pastors and Leaders from 50 of our churches. Normally I would prepare a teaching to share with them, but this time the Holy Spirit instructed me to ask them for the issues that they were most challenged by. So we covered three questions that were asked.
First, how do we deal with those that will come to our churches and we will teach and instruct them and then they will eave the church? What about those that go to another church after leaving ours? I believe this is not a unique question and one I am sure many Pastors contemplate. So I answered from the Word of God.
Second, how do we answer when people are coming for prayer and are getting their healings and getting their blessings and yet they still refuse to accept Jesus Christ and follow Him. How should we respond and why does this happen?
Finally, in India there is severe persecution. A Pastor in our fellowship was met at his front door by Sikh who were wielding a Machete and who hacked up his hands as he kept them put of his house. Pastors and members are threatened and abused. How do we stay encouraged in the face of such brutality?

Thank and Praise God that we had a very powerful and blessed Pastors and second line leadership meeting, where 50 pastors brought their Church leaders in this meeting where all learned so many new useful teaching for the church planting, so that pastors and their leaders can bring more people in Church by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Pastor Greg Young Specially prayed all of them and God filled so many Church leaders with the Holy Spirit and many were healed two sisters were healed from the sever back pain, one brother had joint pains since three years God healed him instantly, one pastors daughter had stones in her kidney God healed her because she was having sever pain instantly she got relief, one pastors had cervical pain God healed him, one sister had stomach pain God healed her, so many healed happened, biggest miracle is that all leaders made decision to serve God together with pastors, all glory to God
