David Shestokas and Bethany Blankley discuss the false report that Governor Abbot declared an invasion using his state powers at the southern border. In fact on the day, he tweeted about it he sent illegals directly to Pennsylvania by bus. His reference of the letter of July 7th and his correspondence to the Judges in south Texas show that this is not the same kind of constitutional declaration that Kari Lake promised to make in Arizona. Her loss at present appears to be how Abbott is getting away with breaking another of his mandates by voters to actually secure the Texas Border.
